Your Rights and Obligations

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "367jl", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the 367jl online gaming platform accessible at 367jl.org, including all games, services, payment systems, and related features offered therein.
• "Player", "you", or "user" refers to any registered account holder who accesses or uses the 367jl platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created upon successful completion of the 367jl registration process, including KYC verification.
• "Wager" refers to any bet placed by a player using real-money funds from their 367jl wallet on any game or sporting event available on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or any non-cash incentive credited to a player's account by 367jl.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required for account activation and withdrawal eligibility.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for the regulation and supervision of online gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to Philippine Peso, the primary currency used on the 367jl platform.
• "PHT" refers to Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), the time zone governing all 367jl platform operations and time-sensitive activities.

By accessing the 367jl platform, completing the account registration process, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — specifically the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy available on the 367jl website.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of your relationship with 367jl, including but not limited to account creation, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play, customer support interactions, and account termination.

367jl reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically.

Access to and use of the 367jl platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or place any wager on the 367jl platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR's regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines and is strictly enforced. 367jl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time during a player's account lifecycle. Accounts found to have been created by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 367jl platform is designed to serve players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction before accessing the platform. 367jl makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) 367jl account only. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

To access real-money gaming services on 367jl, you must complete the account registration process and, prior to your first withdrawal, satisfy the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification requirements.

4.1 Registration Requirements

• A valid Philippine mobile number (+63 prefix) that you own and control.
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A unique password meeting 367jl's minimum security requirements.

4.2 KYC Verification Documents

Before processing any withdrawal, 367jl is required under PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements to verify your identity. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes:

• Philippine System Identification (PhilSys / National ID)
• Philippine Passport
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Driver's License (Land Transportation Office)
• Voter's ID / Voter's Certification
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC is accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 367jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• 367jl staff will never request your password via any communication channel. Any contact claiming to be 367jl support and asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must notify 367jl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• 367jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• 367jl strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. This feature is available in Account Settings.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

367jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

6.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for GCash and PayMaya is ₱100. The minimum for bank channels is ₱200.
• Deposits are credited to your 367jl wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within 60 seconds.
• 367jl does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered under your verified name.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. The maximum per transaction and per day is subject to your account's current VIP tier and KYC verification status.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals to unverified accounts will not be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered under the same legal name as your verified 367jl account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT). Transfers initiated outside these hours may be processed on the next banking day.
• 367jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers AML monitoring thresholds under applicable PAGCOR regulations.

6.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any deposit made to 367jl via your bank or payment provider, while retaining benefits derived from that deposit, constitutes fraud. 367jl will immediately suspend any account where a chargeback is filed and will pursue recovery of any outstanding balance through all available legal means.

367jl offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 15x) will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Only wagers placed on eligible game categories contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may contribute at different percentage rates. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• 367jl reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Players found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk betting, arbitrage, or collusion will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method.

All games available on the 367jl platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

8.1 RNG Certification

All virtual games on the 367jl platform — including slots, virtual table games, and fishing games — use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by these certified RNG systems and are not subject to manipulation by 367jl or any third party.

8.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer game results are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, wheels, beads) handled by live studio dealers and captured on HD video stream. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, 367jl will resolve the outcome based on studio records for the relevant round.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a platform error, system malfunction, or erroneous display of game results, 367jl reserves the right to void any affected wagers and return stakes to player wallets. 367jl is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 367jl platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where warranted, reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating multiple accounts, or creating accounts on behalf of other individuals.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using or attempting to use stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identities, or compromised accounts.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering law (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an undue advantage.
• Engaging in any activity designed to circumvent or undermine 367jl's responsible gaming tools.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 367jl support staff or other platform users.

All content on the 367jl platform — including but not limited to the 367jl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 367jl or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 367jl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of 367jl's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• 367jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• 367jl's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 367jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform, and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, maintenance, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• You acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that 367jl bears no responsibility for any financial losses you sustain through participation in games or sports betting on the platform.

367jl is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. The following player protection tools are available to all registered 367jl accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to your 367jl wallet.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum allowable net losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set time limits per gaming session with automatic notification or log-out upon reaching the limit.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the 367jl platform at any time via live chat support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and irrevocably.

367jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable Philippine law.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the player's financial institution.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month after the 12-month inactive period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited at 367jl's discretion. Where termination occurs for reasons other than player breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any pending compliance review.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), as amended.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the 367jl platform, or your relationship with 367jl shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law, with proceedings conducted in Metro Manila in the English language.

You agree that you will not bring any class action lawsuit or representative proceeding against 367jl. All disputes must be resolved individually.

367jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 367jl will provide reasonable notice via the platform or via communication to your registered mobile number or email address, where applicable. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 367jl platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to revised terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting 367jl live chat support.
